Individual therapy —
$120-175
Per session
Individual weekly or biweekly sessions available.
I offer sliding scale rates based on self reported income. I do not take insurance at this time.
Video and Phone sessions available, with in person coming soon!

life coach contract —
$750-1000
Per month
For a more in depth experience, I offer therapeutic life coaching as a monthly service. This includes weekly sessions, as well as phone and text support.
This includes extended once a month 4-6 hour sessions as needed for complex cases.
In the event these fees are beyond your means, please contact me and we can create a custom agreement that works within your ability. I’m here to help.
